Where can I buy your products?
Which countries do you ship to?
I usually ship orders worldwide, however, I’ve had to stop international delivery during the Covid-19 pandemic and am only shipping throughout the UK to ease any pressure on delivery services and to make space for more essential deliveries.
When will I receive my order?
Currently, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via First Class post with Royal Mail unless otherwise discussed. Royal Mail’s delivery aim for the first-class post is 1-2 working days. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Royal Mail have received an unprecedented amount of mail as well as shortages in staff, so there might be some delays in some areas. I really appreciate your patience if your order is slightly delayed.
It has been a while and my order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
I’m sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. For orders throughout the UK, your order should arrive within a couple of days, however I cannot claim that it is lost with the Royal until 10 working days has passed.
If it has been more than 10 working days since you received a dispatch confirmation, please write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll either send you a replacement or a full refund. Due to Covid-19, there have been some delays throughout the Royal Mail due to unprecedented amounts of mail and staff shortages, so I really appreciate your patience if there is a delay to your order. Even if 10 working days have already passed, it may still arrive.
I absolutely love my order, where can I leave a review?
First of all, thank you! I’m so glad you love your order. You can write a review on each product that you buy, by going to the product itself in the shop and writing a review on the “review” tab at the bottom of the page. I read each and every review and they mean so much to me, they also help others decide whether to buy or not, so I really do appreciate each one. Thank you.

Thank you! There are plenty of ways to support my work, buying from my online shop is one of the best ways. You can also “buy me a ko-fi” which will go towards funding new products.There are plenty of ways to support an artist/designer without spending money too, liking, commenting and sharing my posts on social media all help in spreading the word.
How can I keep up to date with new products?
Currently, the best way of keeping up to date with new products and updates is to follow me on social media and I will announce any new products there. I have plans to start an email newsletter in the near future, please keep an eye out for that for regular updates on new products.
