SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
I aim to dispatch all orders with 1-3 working days, with the exception of custom work. Please look out for store notices at the top of the page or on social media for any important holiday dates that may affect delivery times.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, First Class delivery. Orders over £50 are sent via a tracked & signed for service to ensure safe delivery.
All International orders are processed through Royal Mail and then usually handed to the regular postal service in the destination country. International tracking is currently not available unless discussed prior to ordering and an extra shipping cost will apply.
Shipping costs are based on weight and/or size and I will only charge you what I pay at the post office, plus a little extra for packaging. If you have any questions about postage prices, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Customs fees may apply in some countries, buyers assume all responsibility for paying these fees. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 30 working days for your item to arrive to allow for delivery delays or delays at customs. If you parcel still hasn’t arrived after 30 working days, please contact me via the contact form.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If this is incorrect, your parcel will be sent to the wrong location and I cannot take responsibility for the parcel going to the wrong address.
If you’re buying an item as a gift, and want it to be delivered directly to them, please enter their delivery address and write a note to me at checkout stating that it is a gift. I will package the order without a delivery note.
Returns are accepted. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and post items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for returns postage costs.
Please contact me as soon as you can if your order arrives in less than perfect condition or if there are any problems with your order. I will ask for a photo of the damaged item and depending on stock levels, I will send out a replacement free of charge. All parcels are quality checked and wrapped by me before they leave the studio.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
